REMIND PEOPLE
to be submissive to their magistrates [those in charge] and authorities [those who have the power to determine] ,
to be obedient [willing],
to be prepared to do any upright and honorable work,
To speak evil of no one [defame, criticize, insult]
to avoid being contentious [argumentative],
to be forbearing (compliant, calm, and peace-making),
and to show unqualified courtesy toward everybody.

Lord, we’ve always heard that ‘your PERSONALITY is what people think you are and your CHARACTER is what you really are’. Have others turned away from me when my CHARACTER was revealed during a tense situation? Please forgive me for allowing my PERSONALITY to be my priority – I will focus on building my CHARACTER
