Do you know who you are?. . ! ! ! !

1 John 3:1

Behold, [catch sight of; recognize and understand ]what manner [an incredible quality] of love the Father hath bestowed [put honor] upon us,

that we should be called [declared and named] the sons [children] of God:

therefore [for that reason]

the world [those who do not acknowledge Christ as Savior & Lord]
knoweth us not, [recognize, acknowledge or identify with us]

because it knew Him not. [recognize, acknowledge or identify Jesus as the Christ, Son of God]

Pray the Word:

Lord, what an incredible reality that we have received the privilege of such a glorious title – A Child of God! What closer relationship could we hope for than to be Your child? We are elated, yet humbled by this! All we can say is, ‘thank you, Lord’!
