The March of History Heb. 11: 3
By faith we understand [perceive]
that the worlds [dispensations or ages]
were framed [fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose]
were framed [fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose]
by the [revealed] word of God,
so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

Pray the Word:
Lord, those who walk by faith know that a great Unseen Hand guides, indeed overrules, events on this earth. The historical events we read of in Your Word were not chance occurrences, but You were working behind the scenes to bring Your purpose to the conclusion You have foreordained. In short, "God controls the march of history." May we live our lives firmly knowing this truth.
