Crooked is straight

Eccl. 7:13

Consider [and accept] the work of God: [His Divine Providence – the course of events which God orders and controls]

for who can make that straight, [in line with our expectations]

which he hath made crooked? [what we didn’t want to happen]

Pray the Word:

Lord, there are situations that happen that are beyond our control and is impossible to altar or change with any amount of money or wisdom. What we need to work on are those times we are ready to quarrel with Your Divine Providence instead of keeping our trust in You  .  .  .  .  for it’s You alone that can MAKE THE CROOKED STRAIGHT . .  .  .  if it needs to be!
