I will remember

I will remember

Ps. 77:11

I WILL REMEMBER [earnestly recall] the works of the Lord;

Surely [without a doubt, unquestionably]

I WILL REMEMBER [earnestly recall] the wonders of old. [that which God performed for our fathers]

Pray the Word:
Lord, most of our prayers begin with reminding You about US - ‘Look what’s happening to me! Look how I am affected! Look how I am afflicted! Look how I cry and nothing happens!’.  Apparently, the place to begin remembrances is not with ourselves, or with our circumstances, but with You - REMEMBERING Your mercy and love, REMEMBERING Your presence we’ve experienced, and REMEMBERING Your works we’ve witnessed. This puts our sad remembrances in perspective and, now, they seem to not have the significance they once did.

Thank you for reading my blog of thoughts, encouragement and instructions the Lord speaks about to me. It is simply my therapy to write down these things as I walk my journey out with Him. I would love to hear back from you. Each new day is a blessing! Dorothy
