Keep our ear to the groundIs. 42:2
HE WILL NOT CRY OR SHOUT ALOUD [raise His voice that He may be heard or assert Himself in a boisterous way]
OR CAUSE HIS VOICE TO BE HEARD IN THE STREET. [not with showiness by boasting of Himself, His doctrines, and miracles, but behaving with great humility and meekness; without pomp and noise]

Pray the Word:
Lord, help us in our patience as we wait to hear from You! We keep listening for the clap of thunder and looking for the burst of lightening, with a neon message flashing across the sky ----- but, we’ll find Your answers and guidance to us when we KEEP OUR EAR TO THE GROUND and listen quietly for the sound of Your footsteps that we can know the way and follow with confidence.
