Num. 23:19

GOD IS NOT A MAN THAT HE SHOULD LIE, [the unchangeable Creator is higher than His changeable creation who can easily say something that is not true in a conscious effort to deceive or give a false impression]

NEITHER IS HE THE SON OF MAN, THAT HE SHOULD REPENT. [change His mind concerning what He has promised]

HAS HE SAID AND SHALL HE NOT DO IT?

Or HAS HE SPOKEN AND SHALL HE NOT MAKE IT GOOD?

[whether it be with regard to things temporal, spiritual, or eternal; we have His WORD OF HONOR]

Pray the Word:

Lord, what reassurance would it be if we thought we prayed to a god that, like the chameleon, changed color every moment? We have Your WORD OF HONOR that what You have said – You will do! Likewise, we intend to keep OUR WORD to You as live out this day in Christ-like integrity. You have OUR WORD OF HONOR on that!
